Doubt anything special. I somehow doubt they had a lot of time to work on mapgen, but I'm hoping they did :D

they didn't. that would be a pretty major change, and

next world isnt worthy of the number 4, more like 3.5

not even sure what the purpose of even having a new server online would be if they have any significant changes coming soon, because they shouldn't be afraid to restart again once the good stuff goes in. the only way they could make the current game interesting for a short period of time is by doing something unusual with the existing mapgen, like making the world a lot smaller or switching the base terrain again

I really just want to know if they're gonna make next world a full world or if it'll be more short term dicking around until proper mapgen arrives?

I'd love a server that's more 'fuckaround ish' with combat and staff and get something serious going around june. I don't think anyone's properly in the mood to honestly start from scratch with such an unexpected reset.

Meh, I think it's good practice for build order, for when the real world 4 comes along.

I just can't wait to hear the cries of those who were calling for a reset of the current world once this next world gets reset in turn.

Yeah, I was one of those towards the beginning, quickly turned my opinion, and I don't want to work too hard this time but it depends really. :/

I got school so it's hard to decide whether I want to play hardcore and let my A-B turn to a B-C or if I want to play casually so I can study some.

I'm not going to quit, getting in on the first day of the new world + 3 hours a day playtime when I don't get bored = ULTIMATE POWER

Also, the possiility of AD being wiped out totally or made into a weak wreck of a city.
