Ok, New Bundoran found iron in a cave but the guy that started mining didn't know about supports and we have these rocks in our cave that can't be mined down or moved to my knowledge. Anyone else know different?

Also +1 for us being some of the first to get iron.

Use destroy.

When the mine caved in did the rocks fall on the spot you mined or did they squash the person unfortunate enough to be standing there?

Thanks for the screenshot, Anaklumos. I bet that's something a lot of people will never have seen before - me included!

Does strength affect cave mining? Or is it just like regular mining in world 3?

They did hit the guy and almost killed him, and thanks for the wisdom on getting rid of them.

Also, mining is not click by click anymore. You mine a square 10 times and then it goes away and you get about 4-6 ore average. 1 square takes 2 bars of 100%-30% stamina drain

The LP is 15 per hit times 10 time your Learning Ability.

So 15x10x3.6=540 would be your LP at full change & peaceful for 1 square.

ALSO, MINING PUT ORE DIRECTLY INTO YOUR INVENTORY (<-- I squealed like a little girl on that one)

Jorb and Loftar have saved us about 10 clicks per square if not much more.
