I don't think Troyy was such a skilled fighter. He just had ridiculous stats. To determine the best fighter we should have a 1on1 Nao vs. Dataslaycer with equal toons. I think those two did the most intensive testing on combat and also have the in game experience. Maybe do an elimination round Nao vs Klaue. Then have a good vs evil final round

The russians from AD, Taar or whatever all proved again and again they cannot fight at all, so I am leaving them out of the equation.

Edit: To be fair then do an elimination round Stickman or Marshmallowman vs Dataslycer as well.

Ok then let Dog do 32 or 64 person brackets to find a winner I would even participate although I am far from being one of the games best fighters, but at least I have a long experience and learned to control the adrenaline a bit

best-of-three team matches of 3x3 on some large-ish island (16 minimaps or so) with 2 mil lp characters

That would measure the best group of fighters with their startegy and ability to work as a team, it has fuckall to do with the best fighter... starting to think you should rather stay at home when it's raid o'clock.

Who is going to make those chars or check that everyone is playing by the rules?

Also as Sarge says. There is a difference between best solo and best group fighters. Might as well try to set up a tourney with a number of disciplines, but it doesn't exactly make it more realistic that this is ever going to happen.

Eh, I don't really favor much in participating in that kind of tournament. I like friendly spars now and then but I prefer to instill what I know to my close friends rather than to show off my skill. In other words, I'd rather have a student that is a champion than be a champion myself. Even moreso if that student becomes a total bad-ass at both personal combat and field combat.

Was funny because I always thought the same. He must be a superhero at night fighting crime.

Nah man, I'm far from it. I reckon I have better understanding of the system than most, but I have reflexes of an old man so I'd say I'm just a bit above average.


Also, nova, what difference does it make how much LP the characters have, as long as they have the same skill levels?
