The use of maneuvers in this game reminds me some what of 'stance dancing' in World of Warcraft

I agree

for the most part 1 dont use the f keys, because it gets annoying having to hold, one key to enable another (not sure if all keyboards do that or its just ones like mine) I just have the bar so its there to click quickly, but yeah, having the unused keys and setting them as hotkeys would be great

I suggest you get the hotkeys to the skill groups
like i have there, then memorize where the skills
are all located when you open the skill group.

Helps alot and gives access to every skill needed
almost instantly... with practice

And... you don't need all the skills on hotkeys...
you've got a starcraft menu and the combat is so
fast paced that if you're trying to think of which
key is the skill you need... you're gonna die

i work against people by using their emotions and
human traits against them. Fear being the easiest
next to arrogance, then panic and confusion go
hand in hand ^^

Yes Yoda.

if that post was addressed at me, like i said, i usually dont even use the keys themselves, just having them on the bars right in front of me helps a lot, but i will take that on board

if that wasnt addressed at me....well erm...ignore everything apart from the "ill take that onboard"

It helps, but nothing helps more then having a few angry people trying to kill you. Biggest part of combat is not panicking (my only non-summon death this world was due to panicking =\). All in all, spars help you learn the skills, death helps you learn to pvp.

Truth. My first and only (non-summon) PvP encounter, I died because of panic. Once my defense bar was down, instead of sticking to my game, i didn't know what to do and started running around pulling shit out of my ass in a desperate attempt to even the scales. I know now to never experiment with moves (evil eye :/) during a fight

I am just starting to love and learn the combat system aswell. As far as i can see AGI is the most important thing hands down, although i have never experimented with mobile combat. Would mobile combat circumvent the advantage a higher AGI gives you?
I've heard when running away it is good to drop frogs/rats behind you, however sometimes the frog appears infront of me, is there a way to ensure this doesn't happen? (This usually happens more often when i'm lagging)
Also, my tip for the day to anyone that doesn't know: Get a sword, even if just for valarous strike. Valarous costs 6ip but will set advantage to 0, it can turn the tide very quickly :)

Higher Agi is always valuable, even when things are mobile. There is no way to control where something from your inventory lands. Sting is often preferable over Valor Strike just because VS has such a long cool down.
