K, so I'm Canadian and had the issue of it only being allowed for Americans, so I looked around for a proxy.

http://kproxy.com/ has a program that you can download, it works with your browser. I'm not sure how complicated it gets if you're not using chrome, but since I do all I had to do was download>extract>click surf.exe. It opened with chrome and works like a charm

yeah mine worked like that too for a while, but then as happened with you it booted me for not being "premium" tried some proxys from xroxy using foxyproxy in firefox but to no avail, it was good fun though so if i get it working i'll be sure to post it here

You're not going to find any free proxy without some serious limitations. You're just going to have to cough up the dough or give up.

A word on proxies:
Those HTTP proxies that you run straight out of your browser by inputting a URL or something like that into a text field aren't the best ones, as client-side scripts and such might now work so well.
Instead, use one that you can put into your LAN settings (if you're on a Windows machine).
