ha ha.

When you move north, I can repay and then some, so you don't have to haul those seeds.

Ah don't worry. We are fine. We will probably not bring all seeds. so when we abandon it will be up for grabs.

So what are we going to call our new village to the north?
Are we going to base it on local features?
Significant personalities?
Some sort of abstract communal goal or concept? (Hearth Share)
A real town name or something that sounds like it could be?
Something similar to Haven or Hearth? (North Haven, or HearthsBane)
A season? Winter Haven
Something military? Fort Winter, Northern Outpost?
Something related to Mordor? Djegenol?

I bet you can make the devs happy by choosing a name from Slavic or Germanic myth,as this game is " set in a fictional world loosely inspired by Slavic and Germanic myth and legend."

Also, do you guys need anything as far as trading goes? Our outposts will be closer when you move north, but it'd still be nice to establish trading relations right now. I just hope carts are implemented soon, so that moving lots of things over larger distances becomes more viable.

The used to be near the sea shore village now moved to the big ass forest town.
I heard b12 people like it long.

I actually like North Haven. But that's off record.
The goal is building and maintaining a structured town living and working together while everyone has their own task such as baker, miner, tanner, hunter, militia, farmer, logger, etc. Shielded from outsiders and wild animals by fences and gates (once we get those that is) but open for trading with anyone.

With structured i mean for example putting stuff in the right containers. Right now every container could hold anything.
It's going to be atleast 4 times larger than the current town giving plenty of space to individual sections of the town for it to look good and structured and not be hard to walk around in.

Actually laketown* is finally getting pretty structured... and someone convinced jorb to remove the fences so we can expand it and organize it all the better.

Never bored for sure. And the expansion really fills any gaps in free time we have.

I mean. You could farm, mine, bake, fish, hunt, replant trees, chop wood, extend the road, meet people connected to the road and more.
