Nah, ingridients are 100% organic. Even apples were risen in our garden. ^^ Just added some honey and chocolate, so the bread has this surface bc of it.

have fun with more baking - it's art too Lady Goo ( btw. bread dough should be more solid than cake dough and well kneaded hint: putting a jar with some water into the oven too when baking bread)
