I want to congratulate GrapefruitV. She is doing a phenomenal job, and I'm very impressed with her organizational skills. I'm glad to see how well this has stuck with the community. It's certainly one of the great triumphs of the year.

As a side-note,

I'm feeling a bit wiley, and I'm willing to aid whoever would like to take the reigns on the on the request for Journalism coverage,

1. journalist
Would be nice to have a small newspaper about both preparations and competitions with some short articles, interviews and stylized screenshots.

For example, I can take on interviewing a portion of competitors, donors, organizers, etc., I can edit, whatever. You, who would be managing this journalism aspect, would have me at your disposal for an hour or two now and again. Feel free to message me on the forums or in the Special Games Skype channel if you can find me. Thanks.

Another game idea, maybe? i think its a little bit late, but sadly i JUST found this amazing topic.

1. First prepare new characters. and leave 1 tresspassing scent.
2. make a parchment, write any kind of things you can get from wild(sth like nettle, rustroot, bloodstern, frog things like that), set how many you should find. of course things like nettle and taproot is much popular than rustroot or silkmoth, so people who picked easy one should have bigger number.(e.g. "20taproot" or "8rustroot" or "1silkmoth" or "25frogs"...).
3. volunteers log in with the new characters, take a parchment, and start to hide.(each one has to go different direction, not to be confused) gather their scents(1 each), and put it in containers.
4. about 10 minutes after characters started, competitors choose 1scent from the container and start to track their scent. after finding scent's owner he will give the parchment, read it, get the item, and come back with it. - make sure that the judgement should record which competitors took whose scent, coz they can make fake parchment.

Important announcement:
I want to remind all the participants, that they should pm me with theirs account info (login and password). You have 24 hours to do so. If I will not recieve your account info before saturday, the 15th, 16:00 GMT, you considered disqualified. By that time your alts hearth fire should be destroyed and it should wear team uniform.

Because some folks have shown confusion about the above, I want to help GrapefruitV reiterate the importance of this point on making NEW and SEPARATE accounts, from all your others—New and separate accounts for the EXPRESS purpose of participating in the Special Games.

How to make an alt?[/b]
All characters taking part in competitions should be created by competitors before actual competitions on separate accounts. Account info (login / password) should be shared to game hosts for stats checking. Login form should be "FHSG - [your nickname]"

An example of a new Account that will participate in these games looks like this:

FHSG - SpecialGamer

I recommend you use a password that is not the same as any of your accounts, personal or otherwise.

You then share the Username & Password information with the host (GrapefruitV). Do NOT share the e-mail information that is attached to the account. The Special Game hosts do not want to steal your account or your character. This is for checking Attributes, Stats, LP, etc about the Character Submitted to ensure there is no cheating.
