I have 10 str and I can mine just fine.

However, sometimes when I try to mine walls in caves that are not apart of the vein we found, it says something like "This rock is slightly too hard for you to mine"
I'm not sure if that means that if i had enough strength I could mine it or if that is an unminable wall

Alright, some people have said "stick fence" when saying boars and animals can destroy fences - is this to mean Roundpole fence, or is this to mean the bullshit "build a fire and put one stick in it for a signpost" fence?

You won't be saying that in a week or two when you realize how many abandoned homes there are. A 30 second boat ride south of my village literally bring you to the ghetto. There's abandoned claims everywhere with the occasional newb taking things and raiders patrolling. It reminds me of Detroit.

I really want to congrat you, creators and supporters of this game ( this include players), for the new features. I had a character in world 3 and dissapeared, but when i see the changes i like the sacrifice ; ).

Its great trees only give a few experience when chopped, this prevent players to cut 100000... trees to level up.

Pd: sorry for my bad english, im from Spain

So does STR change how dense of a rock you can mine out? like the stronger you are, the harder the stone you can mine?

Ok, I did some testing on it with my brother and yes, STR definately affects what you can mine, and how long it takes and the stamina drain....

a place where my brother with 12 strength couldn't mine (The rock is just slightly too hard to mine) I could mine it with 26 STR however it almost fully depletes my stamina with a single mining action.
