Would you play a SteamPunk H&H-style game?

Anyone else find topics like this rude.
Here you are... on someone's site for THEIR game... and you want to leech off their players into making YOUR version of the same game with a different twist.
It isn't the first post talking about other games but the one that seems to have gotten the most interest and openly spamming other websites for it expecting to make some sort of community. If I were the owners of this game I would kick your ass out and let you promote your own game your own way - not be in my forums leeching off my work.
For the record I would like a steampunk game but I'm not trying yours because you lack.... decorum.

If Jorb and Loftar appeared in any way interested in 'marketing' their H&H game, then of course I would not start something like this on their forum.

But from what I have seen so far, H&H is a social and technical experiment for them, and having more or less players does not seems to even make their top 20 priorities (server is already loaded enough anyway).

If you read the first post, it is clearly indicated I have decided to try and make a game inspired from playing H&H, RuneScape, Wurm Online. H&H is not the only sandbox/building MMO and never was.

Lastly, it's not like we plan on having the exact game with re-skinning, nor are we taking Jorb's artwork, nor Loftar's game client: everything is designed and build from the ground up.

If Jorb/Loftar every play our game, they'll get special hats

This sounds like a great idea, and I could assist with graphics as well, but as much as I would love to play any MMO that is even slightly similar to H&H, I would likely only play it/help build it during H&H downtime
