lol you might be right if they were working on the game

BUT
I think it gets too easy after a while. I am already halfway to my total LP of world 3 (granted I didn't make that much in world 3). Plus you can have those LP on several characters, raising alts is ridiculously easy. I always have been too lazy to have alts, now even I can't resist putting the occasional shrewbread on a couple of them. So basically in a decent enviroment everyone can have crafting alts for each skill after a while, which leaves us with uncapped combat mains.
I still think the approach of making LP gains harder in world 4 was going in the wrong direction. It simply became boring that it took forever to raise any skill to a worthwhile number. So maybe the easy LP gains aren't a bad thing and you still need the infrastructure of an actual active town to raise such an alt army. Just wanted to let you know how easy it is, since you probably didn't playtest LP gains for yourselves much. With a realistic curiosity set up (realistic includes a bluebell and flotsam here, but not ruby dragonflies, prince charmings etc) I got the rough estimate that you can make 350k lp a day when you log in 3 or 4 times to change curiosities. I am easily averaging 200k lp a day, with much less effort.
In practice this should lead to more warfare and action, since it isn't really hard to recover from death anymore. My impression is that it actually does not though, but maybe this will change over time.
Some input on curiosities. Most seem to be pretty well balanced actually, good job on that since it was a shot in the dark. However:
Glimmermoss is too common, everyone has cupboards full of it although it is one of the best curios.
Not sure about mining curios. They are just so bad, but then again you have steeds, abaci, Völvas wand as rewards for mining so it is probably fine.
Washed up bladderwrack and uncommon Snapdragon need a buff. They are very rare to find and only among mid tier in LP gains.
Bluebell is the rarest curio imo, so it should be better than flotsam. But that is a minor issue.
Guess that is all I got for now.
