I'd just like to point that these are technically not flags. More like coats of arms.

I felt like contributing: 
My flag size isn't compatible with the previous flags, I've drawn 20*24 template (one of our national coat of arms backgrounds). Will keep them in my sig for some time.
I've drawn 7 more shields (inspired by coat of arms) on paper, background color can be possibly changed as well (I just like b&w).
