Not once have we ever tanned troll hides using a script, at first we tried tanning it in our plots, but it reset, so we moved it to idol, and it reset, so we put an alt there to afk and it logged out and reset, so then and only then we made
a script to walk back a fourth to stay connected and watch the tanning tubs for us.

I don't know about anyone else, but I will say "Thank you" for that, fallout. I know it's been frustrating, and some people have been too damn thorny on this thread. It is good to read that a bot wasn't the first resort (it probably would have been for me).

just because one of the many exploits you can do is not working as "intended"(as in, even scripts cant tan those hides), you feel the need to talk about it here with others so righteously? when we all know devs are too busy right now for the coming salem beta?

when devs can make time fixing stuff on haven, tanning tub will be fixed too with the huge overhaul, most likely.
if we need to discuss this further, it would be when we find out it isnt working even after the overhaul, no?

I have never botted mining for the sole purpose of obtaining troll hides, however I have gotten all my trolls botting, botting because mining out gold nodes solo is boring and I could not care whether you care or not.
Odditowners are the only people I know of that have bots change curios out for them because they are the ones who made the script in the first place. As for farming, yes. I do bot farming because I am lazy and would
rather automate such a boring task ( btw we automate tasks in real life as well, this is a video game). Wood hauling, of course I bot it.

Why now? Because hemp and flax has surpassed the qualities obtainable by troll hides and have made troll hides entirely useless.

The devs are very busy with salem indeed, that however does not mean I can not ask them to take a few minutes to devise a quick fix.

I would also love to know how you know anything about me as we have never once talked with each other before, your friends are telling you bullshit lies and I would have expected you of all people to get actual facts to use.

What I don't understand is why this wasn't just fixed 3 years ago. The functionality already exists (with drying racks). It can't be that much different to implement, can it?
