It's hard to follow this kind of text as german who used english like 10+ years ago and kinda won't need it for the rest of his life, but it always depends on the guy it's targeted to. Faggot in german means "schwuchtel" and is still pretty hard aggressive against gays, but I'm pretty sure it lost his whole context in english years ago.
