Seriously - I tried to intervene before it got too heated because there is nothing worse than watching two people you like ripping each other to pieces. I know it's easier said than done, i've been in the same position myself and haven't taken my own advice either, the problem is you end up saying awful things out of anger and frustration and neither party comes out of something like this 'winning'.

Thanks, i am still working on it, whenever i got free time in office (but lately i got a huge sum of work project $.$ so i working pretty slowly), and good news is i'm doing it temporarily in the notepad. If you would want to know the progress, it's currently on around 80%. This one is more lengthy than before.
and btw, the name is changed to "Beginner Guide to Village Roles"
Reason ? Simply because the scope of 'segmentation' is too wide, i will end up walling a text with too many controversy inside my wall text and ended up.... bad
