Porn is porn. It doesn't matter if it's drawn or a photograph or written or spoken. If it depicts sexual acts, it is pornographic. Are there levels and lines of what is and isn't acceptible? Yes, and they vary by society and country.

I know that there is a certain criteria that an image must meet for it to be considered pornography. For example, the picture that your mother/father took of you when you were 1 1/2 years old, naked in the bathtub (regardless of what it shows or doesn't show) is not considered pornography, and they are not considered child porn manufacturers for taking the picture, or child sex offenders, or distrubutors of child pornography for showing it blown up at your 21st birthday party.
Most law says that the image must focus on the genitals, or on the sexual act. The line is somewhat fuzzy though, because if the child happens to be in the bathtub playing with himself (I've bathed children, and they do that all the time), then it should be child pornography right??

But, you are also saying that if I draw a picture of a child, then that's fine.. But if I then draw a penis on the child, I'm liable for a long prison sentance. That just doesn't seem right to me..
