Do you have a problem ? :|
(That's why I hate kids in the multiplayer games)

Raephire has many problems, please do not ask him to list them...

People seem to assume 100% change is the only way to go in this game... In my opinion the massive risk isn't really worth it, especially if you ever plan on upsetting another player (which is close to unavoidable)

Kid?

Look, swearing has been proven to be healthy for you, mentally, and physically. I'm not about to listen to some bullshit story of how swearing is bad when insults regardless of swearing, and physical actions far worse than swearing are ignored by the same person.

my 6 year old son is free to swear at home. As long as it's used in an appropriate context.

I think he was responding to the insult just as much as the swearing

In preparing my son to push back against establishment without reason or logic, Yes, I am. Thank you.

Yes, you're quite the rebel. Keep stroking that ego big guy.

I know I haven't been a part of this discussion and this is a bit of a bump (it's amazing how quickly this forum moves; I haven't been on the forum for about sixteen hours) but I've been laughing to myself as I read this thread.

Yesterday, Rift was asking me how he could get annoying and egotistical new players to attack him--I said he was probably too intimidating normally, and I suggested he go around naked. It looks like it worked! Now to be clear, I do believe much of Cpowa's story, but Rift wasn't in the wrong in my opinion. And this is a hilarious play on yesterday's conversation! ;)

Actually, in this case, Rae is right. Even though I hate saying it. It's easy to call someone a 'rebel' and brush them off, but, in this sense of the word, yes, yes he is rebelling. And it's good for his kid. Just make sure he understands respect of other peoples' property and personal space and you will have no problems.
i guess they never miss huh

While I agree with you in that the idea behind Rae's philosophy is sound, his word picture lacks precision.

should probably read:
In preparing my son to push back against establishment, using his reason or logic, when the establishment is wrong, Yes, I am. Thank you.

Agreed. I read it the way Rae intended instead of the way he actually wrote it. Misunderstanding.
