Yeah I don't play that much and I'm not really that good. I'm stuck in that tier 4-5 grind to hell with no hope of success or a fully trained crew

Crew skills really show up when you get it 100%+ and get some perks on it. Its such a pain playing higher tier medium tanks without six sense for example, or heavy with full repairs, etc.
