Just add him to foes, then you won't see his sig or his posts. Highly recommended.

The new map probably won't come out for a long time and who cares about the super powers, anyone in theory can become one. In World 4 some guy might make The Nation of Chuck or some crap like that and end up becoming a super power; it's all about how hard you try, luck, finding a good place to settle, being able to manipulate enough people into following you and your ability to keep control. That is my two cents, keep the change.
(Hopefully they'll add some cool stuff also like opium and the ability to become a pimp.)
