There should be a specific topic where fights concerning moderator decisions should be, it should be stickied and all fights outside that topic could just be deleted.

except there is no real fight here, its just one guy [that nobody likes] wailing incoherently about his supposed persecution and lashing out at anyone who dares to point out that he was the one at fault

but i would appreciate wolfgangs idea. just a sticky topic into the c+i forum where real issues about the mods or their works are discussed. all trolling would be moved to hell as usually

Keeping a thread to only a few pages is easy, sure.
Keeping a thread with a specific purpose down to a few pages...a bit harder.
Keeping a thread down to a few pages when that purpose is people on the Internet complaining about moderators in a forum? Impossible.

No matter where it is, no matter what the mods are like, no matter who the members are or how many of them are around, there will ALWAYS be an metric assload of complaints about the moderation.
