As an OP you generaly have the right to administrate rollback and give the save to next person. I mean, otherwise ppl would just wait for phaen since you did not give them the right, and ppl are nice enough not to claim powers to admin your succession game.

He said somewhere back that the next player should feel free to just use the most recent save. Cba to look for it but it should be there somewhere.
