Karma. I murdered a nab using a bear and To Arms, looted nab, went back to boat, got loads of IP on bear, went to UA him from river shallow like I always hunted (Had 40 UA, though). Bear hit me, I got stuck on him, went to circle bear by swimming around him to boat, DCed mid swim, logged back in to no char.
It was fun as hell, though.

w3, leaving Rothgard after an incident with a villager (looong story go look archives if you need to know), built up an outpost with some friends who left as well, eventually moved to a village I knew some people in to lay low.
Turns the aforementioned villager and LS were befriended with them and talked them into killing me, but they were all newbies compared to me.
Got summonkilled after destroying some stuff on a claim for the newbies who asked me to because they lacked the str, still cant believe I left scents knowingly in that situation

Was killing a bear, and then it broke agro and came back so I right clicked boat to avast and client crashed.
Killed by own village mates.
Accidently stuck too many q100 leeches on my char.
Ran into enemy base and got trapped inside 80x80 palisade wall 7v1 while trying to punch their archer.

Be weary when vandalizing mineholes that dont belong to you. Another way to go

One of my first characters died when I went on a swamp for a while and came out with a bunch of leeches.
Of course I didn't know there were leeches at the time, so I thought I was poisoned or something.
Then when my next character found the corpse it was full of bloated leeches
