krv and prst sound almost identical to what a croatian would say except the r is a bit more highlighted in the audio file.
skršten is pretty good except the š is a sh in "shoot" and not an s.
you pronounced štrkljav the english language way of pronouncing, but here "lj" is one single letter, im pretty sure "llama" is pronounced the same way as ljama? dont take my word for it

actually im not sure if im doing it correctly between [i] and [u], with self-teaching and some tips gotten from mongolians, but i dont remember having a problem with that particular sound itself alone. does it have a minimal pair to compare with?
the problem with russian for me that i found was the complex combinations of all the consonants and vowels, especially ж and ш in combination.
(the very first word i tried was the polite greeting "Здравствуйте"... took me long to get used to it and made me feel like i could try any others after this.)

Well, something between [i] and [u] would make it understandable, but it's not quite the same. Here is a minimal pair.
I believe russian language can be very complicated for a foreigner, not only because of prononciation. Declension and conjugation is probably a real hell, plus all the prefixes and suffixes... For example a few forms of a verb "to do" - "делать": делала, сделал, переделать, уделать, делается, заделывается, отделал - that's around 10% of all the possible forms for jus one word.

Thank you for that valuable remark. I was going to mention that not even all russians can handle this language, but decided this is irrelevant. Here you go.

No. Here are all the forms of the word 'делать' (to do) and what you posted is just a bunch of different verbs sharing the same root 'дел'. Because in Russian words are formed not only by the root word(s) but also by the prefixes and suffixes. And some other ways.

So same root, different words. Now if you want your mind blown completely check this out: different forms of the same word might not share the same root at all. For example 'хороший'(good), 'лучше'(better), 'лучший'(the best) are comparative forms of the same adjective. It's called Suppletion.
