I bet mine (or rather, my alt's) will be better. That is, unless you're just saying that you CAN... because I'm working on one now. I have yet to see any forest spawns, though, but it's still rather patchy.

It seems to take a couple replants to create a dense forest.
So that makes it one of the most labour intensive thing you can do.
The ones who see things differently.

You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them.
And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius.

That actually makes a lot of sense though. It's one of the most labor intensive things to do in real life too.

Ooh. Did I derail the thread? *logs in to tend to his forest, then shall do other stuff*

...And when I had only my full industry main, I never thought I'd say I had too many logs and wood blocks. I may just have to go around building OTHER PEOPLE'S cabins so the blocks are not wasted when I run out of room for them.

Tree problem came from the fact I suggested all the newbies should cut trees early on for easy exp, as basketweaving sucked balls.

I heard you also started WW II, killed Kennedy, engineered AIDS and organised 9/11.

I think you think a little too highly of his competence level, even though that's sarcastic.

On my first day I went around carving stones into runestones for exp, writing witty comments on them. Then I learned that they were permanent and that stones didn't renew. And since I didn't want to be a jackass ruining the landscape for everyone I decided to stop.

I did a similar thing. I picked stone working as my first skill hoping to make a nice big stone house or other structure, but found that I couldn't make wells without a bunch of other skills, and found that carving rune stones seemed to give a large LP payoff.
