Personally, i think goonheim's more of a 'free for all' thing, everyone there doing what they want, when they want...i guess most of them went to thieving, looting whatever was not nailed down and then some, its gotten to a point where hardly anything's organised.

I'm going to go settle somewhere away from civilization so i can do my own thing without having new hearthlings straight outta the ring make a beeline for thievery without knowing the consequences of such an act, only to go give the village an even worse name for itself, hell, you dont even want to know what JTG called it XD

Ah well...we'll see what happens in the next few days..

Yeah, I can understand that. The established goon thieves are recruiting other goons as soon as they enter the game, so they don't even get a chance to explore other paths and see if thievery is really what they want. I just wish that goons that are pursuing other careers would take some new members under their wing. Sure, a certain amount of thieves is OK, as it spices up the game. But if the thieves outnumber the producers, the game will turn into a desolate wasteland.

Anyway, I'm not sure how to communicate to new players that going down the path of thievery is a dangerous thing. Hell, even living with thieves can be dangerous, as a lot of people will assume that the thief is one of your alts and kill you. If a goon could explain that in your thread, it'd help, I think.

Wait, so you guys aren't playing the game at all? I thought you were just macroing while you're away from your computer. And I was under impression that it's mostly to get the lp to steal and kill people. At least that's what it seemed like when I immigrated into Goontown with my alt.

We were planning to play when we reached 150 Melee skills. Those people you "saw" werent goons. Our OCD will not allow us to play subpar characters. hth~
