Maybe I worded that badly.
I mean that, since we get features bit by bit, instead of all at once, we're effectively testing features and pointing out the bugs before the next feature is released, instead of in usual development cycles when a LOT of content is dropped at once.
Why is that bad?
If many different features are implemented at once, bugs could be overlooked.
If only one feature is implemented at a time, we can spot problems much easier and faster.
And only because professional software companies program a whole game first and test it later, doesn't mean hobby programmers should work that way.
