my dumb butt almost died raiding an ant hill still wearing clogs and not realizing they were breakable lol then decided to walk back to my boat not realizing they were gone..... thankfully i boated back to camp got out on paved path and friends brought me new shoes...... moral of this lesson ANTS CAN NOT BE TRUSTED THEY ARE PURE EVIL

Early this world I almost died to ants. Was inland foraging and not really paying attention, eating all my ant food to clear some inv space for the ant nest I'm currently raiding. Start running and quickly realize I had overstuffed myself. I knew of an unclaimed house maybe 2-3 minimaps away so I start heading over. Got the house loaded at the edge of my screen when they knocked me out. Luckily the other two ants didn't have an attack queued because I didn't take any more damage after the KO.

Wasn't a death but I must say it was very demoralizing to be getting knocked out by ants for the first time after playing this game for 2+ years.

I made a Nature alt to do treeplanting with, and, being the smart guy I am, I'm not going to put any UA on it. (Why waste even a few LP?) Fine. I can grind LP and get ants without any problem. I'm doing great. I find 5 anthills clustered together, and being the big man I am, I decide to aggro all the ants at once and then raid the hills so I can do it faster. I take a couple of hits, but no problem. I've got plenty of HP still!! On the last hill, just as I'm getting ready to move, I get hit a couple of times, get KO'd and there's enough ants to kill me.

Moral of the story: 2000 LP is a lot less than 40,000 LP (about what I lost).
