that is why so many people asked jorb and loftar to ban you and your group from the game. and they havent. so you guys must be legit.

Oh I see now. Still, that seems like a lot of effort for extra inventory.

Just because you are able to do something doesn't make it inherently good. Stop signs and rules are there for a reason.

It is logic.

No, that is your logic. There was a very official rule as the death of alts now shows.

Wanna know what that rule is called? Common sense.

I mean that 2nd part alone...nothing has been fixed for 2 fucking years. Why? Because the devs were not here. That does not make it any less of an abuse. "Oh, there was no policeman around so I thought hitting this guy in the head with an axe would be ok."

This is completely wrong. Common sense may be use as a rule if it has long cultural history of forming. We haven't got any such thibgs in hnh.
My english not so good to talk about philosophy with you so you'd better find any other wise man to talk with.

Look at all this talk about nothing.

Scents/Summoning is clearly intended to be a system for enforcing justice/retribution. If you abuse it for any other means, regardless of your intent, you shouldn't have any expectations of it to function properly. You're subverting the intended purpose of summoning.

Patch notes would be nice, but now you know. You certainly shouldn't be complaining about it.

I take it that the devs used this opportunity to troll those that were abusing the mechanic. =)

While you bicker about exploity shit I will bring forth a situation that actually happened and would have resulted in something completely different if this change was in effect back in world 5. After 8 hours of one huge expedition that gathered every decent folk in world 5 in a group to fight the evil fucking russians, they woke up and crashed the server while we were fighting them at level 5 earthquake vault. That server crash nuked a lot of stuff in the world including my favorite mountain and my entire mansion full of food and my hearthfire, I was exhausted pissed and I went to sleep once the crash happened, when I woke up I was in the middle of pandemonium in fucking combat first I was SHIIIT they broke in somehow, they turned out to be fellow villagers in pande that figured out that I was missing a mansion and as a result a hearthfire so they summoned me to keep me alive. If this thing was on back then I'd be dead and the fags russians that crashed the server would still be unpunished because they never were.
