Make one for me please my good sir

I will probably make some more avatars in the near future, so some of you may expect one.
Especially if you have a cartoonish avatar. An avatar like yours is also pretty hard due to the fact it's pretty empty and thus hard to get an animation idea (I have already done one with a HnH character as you can see).

Oh, it won't let me have it, size is ok but it says it must be 0-19 kiB and the avatar is 19.91 kiB, idk what KiB is or how to change it, lol.

KiB is KiloByte, I'll check if I can see how to make its size smaller (which's weird because it's only 4 frames and the exact same size as the one you have right now).

KB is KiloByte. the difference is basically the first are multiply of 1000 and the another is 1024.

Practically the same though, lol.

This is really weird... I can't seem to get the file size of this avatar smaller than 29 KB, even when I make the frames lower quality (from 7kB/frame to 3kB/frame), it just doesn't get smaller. I never had this problem before and now it's getting on my nerves >:C
