Not sure you know what you're talking about. If someone do not know Haven from times of Nople, mine wars etc. he probably won't understand that.
W7 will never got as much drama as it used to be at W6. Why? It's not about bugrams right now. Most battles of W6 wasn't caused directly by bug rams, at least first half of w6 when it wasn't such retarded as it used to be later. W7 do not have enough enemy factions, ppl just don't give a fuck about fights anymore. New, rising "stars" of pvp, are mostly people who haven't got a chance to become one of them when real pvp'ers was activly playing. What's left now? Only A.D. i guess. And it's not even a elite village anymore as i'm looking at many new players from there. Now it's just an army of no namers, army of zergs who haven't achived anything in HnH, united under well known A.D. flag. Sure, it's a chance for them to have fun, no problem, go on.
Nerfing teleportation is much better idea than mine, but it's kinda without sense. It's too easy to bot everything, including food and feasting, so bigger AGI numbers won't help. If you want this to work, it would need much, much more extra fixes. i.e. - teleporting from village A to village G - 800 Agi, taking around 1 sec to port. Teleporting from village A to B, B to C, C to D, D to E, E to F, F to G. Taking more wine, with is not problem at all, at around 10 sec more to port. Huge different, 1 sec - 10 sec, isn't it ? I've no idea how to fix all things to get it work fine.
