I'm pretty sure the dim mak is different from hitting someone in the jugular vein at full strength, causing it to rupture quickly, yet stealthily.

I was once trained by Master Roshi and along side my bald sparring partner, we entered a fighting tournament with fully grown men! It sucks though because my partner totally lost and in the end they cut off my tail!
