A better village management tool has been suggested different times already (funny enough that it's easy to see who's in your enemies party but not who are your villagers).
Some Interfaces to "outside tools" which could be used with custom clients would be neat too (like cut and paste in chats for example or a parser that collects tamed animal statistics which could be used in sheets etc. ... )
In my opinion the "social experiment" has mainly shown one thing: if you force it onedirectional the outcome is onedirectional too ...even if there's been huge potential to have it going multidirectional and satisfy much more people on the long run
