Nah just means you would have to stop and tank hits standing to use your stats.

Oh nice oddity i didnt think banning ppl was the way of haven tho. But i guess im gonna miss the other 5 ppl playing on it.

I feel this is a common misconception, you will in fact be extremely more likely to win combat with the old system with your 1200 UA, the only situation where people were ever really eligible to get killed by a 2 MC alt was in cases of people not wearing armo being unbelievably poor or inexperienced using the system. With even minute practice in Movement combat you'll be able to utilize the fact that you'll be getting 2-3 times more stats than your opponent. Whenever you move in for the kill, you'll be in a very advantageous position as well since you can afford to simply stop and tank a couple of hits from most characters currently playing without great repercussion.

People forget not all combat is resolved in an infinite grassland, in boat combat, and indoor combat, your 1200 UA is gonna enable you to pull off feats that weaker characters or characters with a MC specialization will only have wet dreams about, simply since you can afford getting stuck. Of course this is all presuming you stop farming for about 2 minutes and actually practice a tiny bit with your villagemates. But then again, if you haven't practiced yet even in the current system the only thing the 1200 UA is gonna make you capable of is not die, but that would be the same case as with 400 UA.

Prime example of pearl botting minge with no idea what mvmentcamberts is and never discovered you could hotkey tp to hearth/village last world and got raped so now he wants stat based cuz his mouth was gaped by a 100 ua mlg yol0r last world when he probs had like quad dem stats mmmmmm11!>.1

Unfortunately quotes like this is probably why the devs are so adversed to actually reverting the combat system. If the community could avoid acting like entitled little children for more than 10 minutes at a time we might actually get some decent discussion going on and assist the developers somewhat in their endeavours.

You would need to be able to enforce an age restriction on the referred community.

If you actually look at what I wrote you can easily see what I really meant, noobs who died to movement are happy about new combat and don't want the old combat and are most likely pearl botters due to this giving them an advantage over those who don't have bots when in world 6 even if you botted from start to finish you could still loose which would (mabye) make people less inclined to bot. Basically give me all your bots pl0x.

Don't get me wrong I agree with your message, I was simply implying that maybe a bit more of an eloquent approach to the debate is gonna garner more positive attention and less flamewars and bitching.

Maybe Zeronine but i have a feeling that the devs dont give 2 fucks about what anyone of us thinks, and they will do whatever they feel like no matter how much it will break the game.

All we can do is wait for their third game and hope that it is not as broken as hnh or salem is.

Ill bet a dollar its gonna suck tho.
