Old may not be bad but it is often less impressive when put alongside something new, especially computer and video games.

I don't really understand why this is posted here on H&H forums tho, other than simply trying to gather some of the players to his server?
Within the first few hours I discovered that these forums are like hives of angry stinging bees, why would you antagonize them, they are probably already planning to start shit simply to spite you now.

Personally I had no idea what the original post was advertising when I read it.

Have I said it's bad? Learn to read proper before posting a comment. I said it, 'cause if you look at the graphics you see it isn't... pretty..

I've yet to play an RPG that impresses me more than Fallout 2 or a strategy more impressive than Starcraft.

Ugh, I used to play UO, and I don't remember those graphics being so vertigo inducing.

I have yet to find a game quite like Master of Magic. (I have some hopes for Elemental, though).

Given you've obviously had 2 years and the best you could come up with is installing your own UO server, then clearly that statement is incorrect.

Also:
  • Fusion: UO is currently seeking a Webmaster with proven skills in this field. You will need to show proof of your current skills and must be dedicated.
  • Seeking a Game Master with World Building and Player Relation skills. You must be Loyal, Dedicated, Mature and willing to put time and effort into building a Pre:Ren server with a twist. In this position you will start off as a GM under the instructions from Above ranks. Any GM Abuse will result in a total IP ban.
  • Fusion: UO is looking for core Developer to join our team. We're currently seeking a dedicated, mature person with experience in scripting, player relations and general knowledge of UO as we aim to create one of the greatest free severs on offer.
You don't actually seem to have many skills yourself do you? ... or even enough staff to run your game apparently. I of course assume these are paid positions given all the dedication and loyalty you desire.

At least you know your weaknesses, asking for player relations in others.

Typically only morons who don't know what they're doing don't realise they can setup quite decent (or better) servers yourself. I look forward to watching you struggle with your own server issues and crashes. Assuming you get more than 5 people online at any one time that is.

Because you can constantly sit here and rant on about a game you choose not to play.. it either makes me believe you're a forum hungry bitch OR your game sucks but you refuse to BUY a real game OR your internet usage is that pathetic you can't even download one. Thus you're stuck playing this gimp shit that again reminds me about the times when i first bought a black and white gameboy. This is fun for me, because AGAIN it advertises this server more. This shouldn't be fun for you..

Except we're discussing your game on this game's forums... And ain't nobody heading over to yours... Which isn't even actually online and working yet.

YOU SUCK. GET OFF THE INTERNET.

Most of the decent RPGs were made prior to 2000. It's been recycled shit since then and despite a few innovations, mostly steps backwards.

I like HnH's graphics VASTLY more than UO's graphics. They are more colorful, the perspectives seem better and the UI elements aren't all in my face and immersion breaking.

This post amused me. I was also amused to note that this FusionUO forum only has one user on there.

Work on your people skills OMGANYLOL, you'll be happier in the long run

1. Not so hard, as you can do it.
2. Implant nukes and give everyone 1, see how fun PvP can be.
3. Diffrence between your bad graphic WoW rip-off, is that, this is a sandbox. We don't want PvP, well, most of us don't. Advertising a RPG on a forum which is related to a sandbox is like advertising placing a commercial of women underwear on the mens bathroom.

You did realise that UO was before WoW by many many years, thus.. your comment doesn't make sense. Google facts before posting.

WALL OF TEXT. Just so you know, Not everyone with coding skills also makes websites. Not saying i can't, just simply stating that fact that it's acutally easier for someone else to do it while you concentrate on the core game. Other developers, yes.. Most UO servers / Games have more than 1. Staff members? yes.. Other games / UO servers have more than 1. Your logic is beyond stupid. Also, it doesn't take 2 years to code a UO server. You can have a very decent one done in a month easily.. It just depends what hours you put in / your skills.

About my player relation skills.. rofl. The only reason im a dick is because 90% of players on here simply flame UO while they play a carebear game such as "gather wood and mine" while not even thinking that almost every other sandbox has this.. UO included. You treat me with respect, il do the same. You be a asshole, im not going to let it slide because i run a server..

This was simply to advertise. Not because i NEED players, i already have a great core of skilled PvPers waiting to log in despite not registering on the forums. This was simply to address any old UO players that there is a decent Oldschool PvP server out there that is Free. Every server that comes up does this.
