Is the RNG on strike sometimes.

Postby Dataslycer » Sun Aug 01, 2010 10:11 am

Just moments ago I had a character eat around 48 RoBs. All of the points went towards agility and none towards Psy. A month or so back, my main ate a bunch of perched perch (100 or so). All but the last 6 gave me ints. Has anyone had this happen to this? No I'm not talking about lucky or unluck flukes. I'm talking about like if the NG suddenly stop working (ex. gaining 55 perc from eating 5 creamy cocks).
If you keep focusing on the shadow behind, you will not see the light in front of you.

Being successful isn't just about hard work and succeeding, it is also about picking yourself up when you fail.

yes, it's almost like the game knows what stat you want and gives you the opposite  like strength from pumpkin pie when you want con, or con from piros when you want dex. i can't count the number of times i've had a friggin charisma or int point from deer dogs when the agi ratio is like 5 times higher

I very often have streaks of bad luck where I almost exclusively get the stat of which I have the least FEPs, though I've gotten used to it over the years.
In Metroid, I actually think it's intended. The less you have of something, the less chance the enemies will drop it.

This is the devs' way of griefing.

I think it would actually make sense that the stat with the lowest amount of point should be more likely to be raised.

Specialisation should be harder than having a leveled char, and in case you're specialized and want to change focus it would assist a bit till you're even.
There was some talk about that in another thread a while ago.
