Hi there!

Never buy swimming!! Don't even try, not even for one tile!!! I am serious!

Also protect your stuff with a claim as fast as possible, even better build a palisade too. Most people here are nice guys, but quite some thieves around too.

Greetings! (You know, H&H has a very friendly userbase compared to many other websites...)

Animals you can meet in the wild include boars (they now turn into pigs upon taming, apprently), bears, deer, foxes, aurochsens (They turn into cows after taming) and mouflon (They turn into sheep after taming). Boars and bears will chase you upon sight, and going into shallow water will not neccessarily help you avoid being hit by anything. In other words, if you're getting aggroed and you have no house to hide in, you're screwed.

(Don't worry, you start off with a max HHP of 100. If your HHP reached 0, you'll die. It'll take quite a lot of times of being knocked-out before you reach 0.)

And just to let you know, death is permanent. If you die then your character is deleted, H&H is uninstalled from your computer and a small but deadly virus is loaded onto your computer and sent to all your friends....Seriously, don't buy swimming.
