So I was sitting here playing a nice game of H&H, listening to my Ipod and enjoying a nice mug of green tea when I hear this little scratchy noise on the other side of the room. "No prob" I think "must be the new kitten." But as I look around the side of my desk, I see the cat is fast asleep on the bed. hm... I put it out of my mind for a few seconds until the little scratchy noise as of claws on paper or lots of playing cards comes from under my chair. I ignore it thinking it to be the goddamn mice my attempts to poison have failed to kill. whatever the mice don't do any real harm... then the noise starts up next to me under my table. i have no light in my room as a recent blown fuse has rendered my room the only one in the house without lights. i use my alarm clock to light the area and seeing nothing, I lean closer only to see this

little bastard come crawling out from behind my desk. (this isnt the same one of coarse.) now im pissed. these things, along with another type of bug I wont mention, send me flying into a rage. why? because they are so startling that i have to stop everything I am doing to deal with them. I saw this thing and I dropped what i was doing in H&H and captured it, flushed it, and then got back here. took about 15 minutes. when I came back I found that my guy was standing in the middle of my open palisade door where I left him... i cant stomp or smash them, there a bit meaty and might make a mess.

so. now that ive told my story, what distracts you so much that youve got to take care of it right away. and has it ever resulted in terrible things in game for you? what im really asking is, what distraction do you hate when you are playing H&H or any other game.

What bugs me is... a cat. And RL. And pretty much anything else that can keep me from playing, so that my newly-acquired 12 cows starve to death in less than 2 days.
Ah well, no harm done. q15 cattle are now where they belong to, in Bovine Heaven.

Once I had a cockroach. That was funny and sad at the same time. In the end I got fed up with them and put up traps, glueing/starving every single one of them to death. Sticky traps FTW!
