on the Java Web Start the download goes to around 95% then stops and stays there all the time, could i get some help?

btw i'm on my grandma's computer so...

How old is the computer and also the downloading and install is small but takes a little while to complete. Not over 1 hour tho

also her computer is around 8 years old
