Restart Tha Server!

So the last 2 weeks I see that the server is less crashie but it restarts almost 2-3 times a day, why's that?

It's entirely possible that every time the server crashes it has begun to auto-reset or at least attempt to back up our information before shutting down to prevent rollbacks. In which case, this has been the most awesome update ever.

You might be speaking the truth there niltrias, but still, IF the server automatically restarts itself now, this thing does deserve its own topic.

It does not, though. :)

Server crashes do, and probably always will, often require some level of manual intervention to ensure, among other things, that shutdown happens correctly and that map regions that were being loaded during the crash aren't nuked.

I'd rather have non-automatic restarts than rollbacks. I hate doing the same thing twice.
