Watch, Listen, Discuss.

Can't you totally see this chick staring at a computer screen clicking away with half a dozen kids doing likewise and singing, "A spoonful of sugar makes the medicine go down..."
Well what is this that I can't see
With ice cold hands takin' hold of me
Well I am death, none can excel

That was the worst porno ever. The chick never stopped talking.

EDIT: Okay, if I got this right, she wants to do a mass exodus of World of Warcraft gamers into space to save mankind.

Yeah, I could live with that.

Oh and her games suck.

Interestingly, their "future of MMOs" predicted what seemed to be Haven. ;)

I saw this on ted a while back. Interesting theory, but she neglects to mention and refute in detail the negative effects of gaming, as well as the fact that there are a lot of people that just play to ruin your day instead of playing for fun and a sense of accomplishment.
I think it's made of bubbles and hate.

We'll develop some ridiculous form of religion and loftar will be the equal of Odin. 8)

Also, send all WoW gamers into space? Hell yeah, send them now, hopefully none of them get back >:)

All the "problems" she wishes to solve also seem to be the usual collectivist crap, like climate change, peak oil and poverty. Optimism and post-modernism don't exactly mix well. I would almost start to argue that it is girls like her who have made the world into such a place that people want to escape into gaming in order to be able to experience productivity and optimism, but I digress. :/

Hay my boyfriend plays WoW, they are not all bad .

Computer games are not going to save the world, maybe make the world a more bearable place to live in but no amount of 'epic wins' are going to solve global warming or war.
