Does anyone actually still use ctrl + c? =)

Could never really work out what it does other than a box to type into really..

It's a form of global chat that little people know about or care for. Loftar himself expressed that he does that wish for a global chat system so don't expect it to be permanent.

Just poke in IRC and say "everyone open ctrl-c and let's chat!" and you'll get some people and know it works.
