Theft and Murder - Rift is bad

Tubai Cuhiro was killed by Rift. Not only that, but his possessions were stolen along with MY items.
For whatever reason, there was no need to steal my belongings and I am not happy at all. I had lots of valuable coins that have been stolen along with all my teapots, armor and pretty much anything of value.

Whatever Tubai did was his actions, but stealing MY items is not cool and not fair. I urge you to return those items for the sake of human decency.

I'm afraid if you were referring to things inside the brick wall, i didn't steal them, thus i can't return them. However, once people realized raepshire was dead i believe there was a mad dash to take everything in the general vincinity. I apoligize for any grief this has caused you, as i had no intent to cause you suffering. The only things i took from raepshire was some tea and food that was outside the brickwall.

Regardless, i am forced to admit my actions led to your losses, however i will offer nothing but a apology in return.

You're part of the problem with MMORPGs, over-powered PvPers with absolutely no regard for anyone elses feelings or emotions. You've practically ruined the game now. You should just call it "RiftScape" and sit on a throne or something.

I am unsure whether it matters if they were my friends or not, i certainly did not ask them to steal, nor encouraged them to do so. While i doubt there stealing was directed at you, and instead at raepshire who many people seem to hate, that fact they stole from you is unfortunate. Although i personally find it a bit odd that you did not have a claim or village claim over the goods in question, and thus whether or not anyone "owned" them other then the person that was killed is a bit in doubt... And there was no indication that there was multiple owners to dispute that. If someone is currently squatting on your land, i suggest you drive them away, if you are unable to do so, i suggest you hire someone to, or ask someones help.

While you may not believe this, it only takes a few minutes to get from the ROB to your camp. So regardless of where any person is on the map, they can be at your camp in a few minutes. I assure you when raepshire died i mentioned it in the irc, which no doubt spread it around quite quickly. Now i guess you could say that it is my fault then, that everyone rushed to take his stuff, and you would be atleast partially right.

Now i have to take some offence to that. I not only care about peoples feelings and emotions, and i assure you many people were begging me to kill raepshire, indeed the main reason i wanted to kill him was for killing a friend of mine, who i care about. I somehow doubt killing Raepshire 'ruined' the game in any sence, since he is known as causing a great deal of pain and suffering to many people. Even if he was the most amazing perfect person ever, i doubt killing off a single person could "ruin" a gain in any sence. I enjoy the name "haven and hearth" and will continue to use it, but thanks for the idea. Oh, and as for sitting on a throne.. thats not a bad idea, maybe, just maybe i'll try that... i'll have to convince J&L to make a throne though.


In summery, while i fully admit that i am partially to blame for peoples actions that have harmed you, as i gave people the knowledge and opportunity to steal from you, i am afraid i am unwilling to compensate you for the direct actions of others, regardless of any personal guilt i may feel.

I care more about my belongings and the ransacking of the base. After all, people can be resurrected in this game and get their skills back.
All my silver coins and rare armor are gone forever, and will probably take me months to get back or make on my own. I will accept your apology, but would prefer if you would settle your differences verbally in future.
