The number is the number of unique IP addresses logged in from that country, so some numbers might be inflated by dynamic IPs. N/A are those that aren't in GeoIP's database. I could probably try to map those too using whois, but I'm not sure if it's considered good practice to request 2000 IP addresses. Having looked at smaller numbers of such addresses, most of them seem to be located in Russia, Ukraine and, to a slightly smaller extent, South Korea (but there are others, too).
EDIT: It should be said that as of the latest list, the number of non-mapped addresses seems to be far smaller than previously, which probably explains the corresponding boost in Polish and Russian addresses.

I note that there are many from South Korea, but not a single one from North Korea. I wonder why.
