Was grief'd

Postby Nahp » Tue Oct 19, 2010 7:01 pm

I just started this game for the first time. Had a nice little homestead. A cabin, cupboards full of wares and such that I was trying to find a city to trade to. Anyway, didn't have any protection for any of this stuff. *sadface* Logged on and to my chagrin, GONE! All gone. They even tore down my chicken coop. All my chantrelles, bb's, leather, gone

Anyone wanna start a city with me? I've got the basics down. PM if interested.

Sad to hear this.
Should get a claim though, unclaimed stuff is pretty much an invitation to having it stolen as there are very slim chances of reprecussions.
you'd probably be better off making a topic/looking through the topics in the dwarves & thieves subforum, that's the place for recruitment and invitations.
Before you take insult to this post, keep in mind that I am simply a warrior of truth.

Lol, did you perhaps have a kiln in your backyard?
Also, 3 houses or something?
If it makes you feel any better, we didn't take your stuff, we just destroyed the cupboards, etc.
I lol'd hard while killing chickens that were running around, at first I decided not to destroy the coop, but then changed my mind

No using bawing about it, it just makes the griefer happy knowing that they possibly annoyed you. Only thing to do now is move and start anew.

lol. I had a guy try this on me once, except I was online at the time. he had no pants on, and no shoes. He kept trying to steal my sheep. anyway, I chased him for a bit after driving him off 2 or 3 times. later that day I found him, pantsless, shoeless, and very much dead with a bear standing over his corpse. thatll teach him I guess.

I think it's made of bubbles and hate.
