Ok so i just started this gmae and it looks pretty cool but im kinda lost on were the other players are and what im supposed to do. Could you please tell me what to do/were to go?

The players are mostly in towns that are scattered across the land. Don't expect to see a whole lot of people if you're just wandering through the wilderness, though. Earlier I finished a 10 hour trek and only saw one person along the way, and he was hiding behind an apple tree.

I'd recommend looking in the Dwarves & Thieves forum for a beginners town that's recruiting. They'll most likely teach you things that you have difficulty finding on your own or on the wiki.

Other than that, experiment, explore, grind and then grind some more.

I have one more question that i couldnt find answer the answer to. Im trying to build a wicker basket but it says not enough resources on construction site whats that mean? how do i make a site?

1. Have the supplies for building something in your inventory. (i.e. branches for a wicker basket)
2. Choose the site to build.
3. Go to Inventory.
4. Hold down Shift and click on the items needed to build.
5. Add supplies until you have everything you need to build it (all the numbers on the left side will be 0)
6. Hit build.
7. ???
8. PROFIT!!!

Small Explanation of Construction sites.
1. Select the item you wish to build under the build menu
2. Click where you want to build it. Some require pavment on it. (Holding shift before clicking brings it out of the grid)
3. On the left is the Required pieces. In the middle is the items in the site, but unbuilt. Selecting the build option will put it into the right side of the bar. All objects must be built in to the site for the object to be built

Wow, all of these helpful posts and not one telling you to buy swimming and go swim for LP. (Whatever you do, never even LOOK at the swimming skill. That thing's only good for cursed people.)

Anyway, try finding heathland or something. Fir forest has lotsa wood and stuff but no food unless you've managed to raise your perception. (Don't buy hunting early on, if you don't have hunting, you can raid ant hills without them attacking you.)
