I did, it tells me the client is too old, I downloaded a new one 1 hour ago

I'm confused about this Gilbertus stuff. Whenever I execute the run.bat file and then double-click the haven file nothing happens. My cursor changes to the loading thing for about a half a second then stops and nothing changes or loads or anything. Help me?
