I thought this matter would have been finished after -- assumeably after Potjeh would talk to him -- but apparently its not.

On ca. 23:00 Berlin GMT, he had his Alt move right next to our village and make a claimstake, not only that, but he deforested ALOT of our west side to build useless cabins and mines.
After telling him 3 times to leave our land and remove his claim, he insisted on us killing him and "see what happens". Although he did not exactly said he is Vinnie, he clearly answered my question as he would know who he is and WHERE he currently is. To prove that this is Vinnie I was investigating the forums and right when he was killed he, guess what, was online in the forums under zombieexpert. I have added some screenshots (Excuse me, they doesn't make much sense since the character limit ingame in the bubbletext chat). It was clearly his Alt, he forced us to kill him after multiple times asking him to leave, he even continued to chop trees as it wouldnt effect him:











There would be no other person to target us in such a way, we treat a peaceful behavior with all villages, I don't see who else could fit into this role more than him.

I request him to be banned from any villages he is part of.

I apologize for killing his obvious Alt, but he would not listen to me after I asked him to leave our lands 4 times, or else it would result in Death as he had clearly bad intends and to ruin us.

This person was told three times that their claim was too close to the Bro's village, he was asked politely to move the claim, and he refused.

I was on IRC at the time and can confirm this, the screenshots above also demonstrate the abusive and hostile nature of this person.

I must also point out it seems rather strange that of all places he would choose this one, considering who his friend is.


It is unfortunate that blood had to be shed, but considering that the player refused to leave, and continued to fell trees in the Brotopian forest, I can not see they had any other choice.

Why would I send my friend? I didn't, he wandered there because you guys claim ownership to a huge piece of land that you DONT own. He recognized you because YOU robbed us.

You and your friends make up stories to try to get your way, and keep crying when you don't. I mean really? This started because you wanted to cry over an unclaimed loom. Then it continued because YOU attacked me on again, UNCLAIMED land that I was walking through.
