I've spent 1 hour looking for it with some instructions but I just can't find it. >_>

Q: Does people of Kastelburg make trades with people from the outside? And would you share your Xroads as well?

I am from Kastelburg. I personally would be more than glad to trade with someone on the outside. As far as sharing a crossroad, I can't help you there. Our current figure of authority is Special-K. That is who you would need to PM for a sign, if that is at all possible.
