game doesn't work

game doesn't work

I have Java installed and my vid card drivers are fine, this is literally the only game I can't play.

I click play and a small window (all white screen) pops up and just sits there not responding.

I do game reviews and this one gets 0 out of 10 because it doesn't work.

Ok well I don't have an Nvidia card, so I guess that "solution" doesn't help me.

It seems this happens to a miniscule amount of people, but I have been unable to find a system which replicates the problem, and have thus been unable to debug it. It would be great if anyone to which this happens would be able to send me a stack dump of the active threads in the VM.

How can I do that? I'd gladly help, as I would love to try this game out.

I do end user reviews, and this one gets zero out of ten because it whines like a baby when no one looks at its thread for six whole minutes.
