Looks like I did not made my words clear. The crops were *outside* of my claims, so he did not need Vandalism nor Theft skill for that.

ps. The problem is resolved now that I destroyed everything he had and left warning runestone.

Seems a bit harsh. On my alt I "steal" crops from unclaimed land all the time. It's the best way to get set up. As far as I'm concerned, if you haven't claimed it or palisade/walled it then anything is fair game.

He killed ALL OF MY LIVESTOCKS. And even more, HE LEFT MESSAGE. That was obviously an act of malice. I just couldn't let it slip.

a) You said in your OP that they were "gone", which is quite ambiguous.

b) Did it ever occur to you that it wasn't him that left the messages? Like IRL if went and stole something from a shop and left a message saying "Barack Obama was here"
